During Covid-19, unfortunately we cannot meet in person as usual for our yoga classes. But that hasn't stopped us!
I am continuing to offer yoga services via Skype and Zoom video call for 1:1 classes, monthly group workshops, and working with businesses to coordinate yoga programs for their employees over video sessions.

Anxiety and depression create negative stress patterns in the body. With 15 years of professional experience, including collaborating with psychologists and psychiatrists in the USA, Satveer has worked with a wide range of clientele – from children to seniors – in large studios, private home sessions, social worker offices, and schools. She has also worked with celebrities including Richard Gere and Carey Lowell.
