Hi, I’m Satveer Kaur.

I’m a holistic therapist and yoga teacher from Cheshire England.

I help people overcome anxiety, panic, depression and PTSD without the need for years of therapy.

Under my programme, you and I would be working through these monthly steps:
1. A two hour 1-1 session (via Zoom/Skype) – to get to the root cause of your condition and remove trapped emotions.
2. A tailored recording – which taps the subconscious mind, to help the mind and body to go back to their natural state.
3. A weekly scorecard – for both you and I to monitor your progress and decrease in symptoms.
4. Support and coaching – so you feel like someone is holding your hand during the process.  Including access to targeted Yoga relaxation & meditation videos.
5. Evaluation at the end of each month.

We then repeat this process for the second and third months.

After the 90-day programme, you will receive a full assessment. Clients usually achieve significant improvement in their condition, and many become symptom free.
